By-Laws: Article I

Name and Officers

The name of the Corporation is COBBLESTONE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"). The registered office of the Corporation shall be located at 27655 Middlebelt Road, Suite 130, Farmington Hills, Michigan, or such other place as may be designated as the registered office by the Board of Directors. The meetings of Members and directors may be held at such places within the State of Michigan, County of Oakland, as may be designated by the Board of Directors.
