Committees

The Association shall appoint an Architectural Control Committee, at the request of Declarant, as provided in the Declarations, and a Nominating Committee, as provided in these By-Laws. In addition, the Board of Directors shall appoint such other committees as it deems appropriate in carrying out its purposes.
