ARTICLE VI

AMENDMENT

Declarant reserves the right by written instrument, signed, acknowledged and recorded with the Wayne County Register of Deeds, to modify, amend, restate, waive or repeal any or all of the provisions herein contained with respect to all or any particular Lot within the Subdivision owned by Declarant. Once all Lots in the Subdivision have been sold by Declaant, seventy-five percent (75%) of the Owners In the Subdivision may vote to expand, limit, remove or otherwise amend any or all of the restrictions set forth herein except as otherwise provided in Article VII below; provided, however, the provisions of Paragraphs 26, 29 and 43 of Article II above may never be modified, amended or removed.
