Landscaping/Architectural

Tim O’Brien to look into volunteers to take over the committee functions.

Grounds Committee

Three companies returned the FRP’s and Dawn has one to turn in. Steve Betts, Greg Tullar and Dawn to decide which company to select for summer lawn maintenance.

Dennis O’Flynn to get with Tim O’Brien regarding the cost of the rocks to replace at the Ford Road entrance.

Treasurer

Tim O’Brien working with accountant on the audit, has main paperwork and should be finalized shortly.

Electric bill to be paid along with B&B Services – the final bill for salt received. Seven homes have outstanding dues fees as of April 6, 2004. Delinquent homeowners were sent a bill for $300.00 plus a $75.00 fine.

Social

Block party this fall – to check with Dan Smith regarding heading up this function again
Ice Cream Social – to schedule this summer
Easter Egg Hunt blurb for web site posting – Cheri Hansen to get article to Dennis.

New Business

Joe DeRose to check with Kashlendra regarding the annual CRHA calendar. Steve and Tim to get Joe treasurer information by the end of the week.

Old Business

Mark Baron to get with Greg Tullar regarding the door-to-door voting and which homeowners are still outstanding. Several board members to volunteer to finalize the voting process.

Determine what percentage of association dues from the new sub being built by Livonia Builders will be going to CRHA towards snow removal, etc. Will also need to decide on a liaison between the two subs once it is complete.

Next meeting to be hosted by Tim O’Brien, 1371 Hendrie on May 4th – 7pm.
