Election of new Officers

A motion was made to elect Tim O’Brien as President, all in favor. A motion was made to elect Mark Baron as Vice President, all in favor. A motion was made to elect Steve Betts as Treasurer, all in favor. A motion was made to elect Kathy Swartzentrover as Secretary, all in favor.

Landscaping/Architectural

No update at this time

Grounds Committee

Need to find out how many trees are needed to be replaced in the common areas. Mark Baron to check with Kerry Havener to get the total count and order accordingly. Received information regarding the Canton Tree Replacement Program from MaryBeth.

The lighting at the Saltz Road entrance has burned out bulbs and one light box needs to be repaired. Mark to get with Kerry regarding the bulbs and will contact the electrician for a quote on the repair of the box.

Homeowner on Scotia Court concerned with tree placement due to a No Parking Sign. Kathy will check the location again and get back to the homeowner with decision.

Mailboxes – Jacob Lee to go through the sub in the spring and start on the boxes that need immediate attention.
Treasurer Report

Tim O’Brien passed out the Association Dues notices with the 2004 budget and asked for suggestions. Invoice to be revised and printed – Kathy & Mark to handle getting them copied and mailed.

Social

Discussed Winter Newsletter – Cheri will get back to the Board with the deadlines for copy. Suggestions for copy were: President’s Letter, Social Calendar, Directory Update Form, Listing of openings for volunteers.

New Business

Discussed which day of the week would be good for board members. It was decided to leave the meetings at the second Tuesday of each month. The next meeting to be held on February 10th at Mark Baron’s house, 1203 Hereford.

Old Business

MaryBeth reviewed the status of the voting that is still outstanding from the October meeting. The door to door voting is still not complete and there are 40 homes still outstanding. Greg Tullar to complete the door to door process, nothing finalized or passed as of this meeting.
