Grounds Committee

Mark Baron, Kerry Havener and Greg Tullar went over paperwork – to contact Dawn for committee meeting – Mark to walk the areas and map so that proposals can be given as close as possible.

Board to make a decision at the March meeting for sprinkler service to be used to open up the systems in the general areas.

The lighting at the Saltz Road entrance has burned out bulbs and one light box needs to be repaired. Mark Baron to look into once the weather breaks for repair. Kerry Havener to get replacement bulbs from Greg Tullar for replacement.

Treasurer Report

Steve Betts reviewed the new format of reporting. As of today, 120 homeowners have paid their annual dues. There are 29 homes still outstanding. Fine schedule was discussed and Tim is to look into and report at next meeting.

Social

Winter Newsletter – Need to get dates for the social calendar. Kathy Swartzentrover to send Cheri blurb regarding Ricky Smith and his appearance on television in March.

Board has agreed that a representative from the CRHA should attend the monthly Canton Association Meeting. Board members to rotate meetings when available.

Web Site – Discussed posting all approved board meeting minutes along with the monthly treasurers report to Dennis.

New Business

Attendance is necessary to run an efficient board. The board will begin monitoring attendance of all board members throughout the year and address any issues that may arise.

Allocation of Funds was tabled until Steve Betts talks to the Auditor.

Old Business

MaryBeth reviewed the status of the voting that is still outstanding from the October meeting. The door to door voting is still not complete and there are 40 homes still outstanding. Greg Tullar to complete the door to door process, nothing finalized or passed as of this meeting.
