Board Meeting March 11, 2004

Board Members Present

Steve Betts to get in touch with Mike Peluso to verify if he would like to continue heading up this committee or if he needs additional help.

Mark Baron to get with Dawn RFP for Lawn Services.
Dennis O’Flynn volunteered to measure for possible stone replacement in certain area at the Ford Road Entrance.
Joe DeRose brought up trying to organize a neighborhood tree replacement. The board looked into it in the past with area nurseries, but the 50/50 program offered a larger discount.

No new bills were received
7 additional homeowners paid their dues and 17 are still outstanding. A fine of $75.00 will be assessed to all outstanding dues on March 31st.

Winter Newsletter was presented and minor changes were made. Problem with bats was brought up and will be added to the Newsletter.
Kaushlendra Singh volunteered to put together a calendar for the year that includes dates of social functions and mailings.
Web Site – Dennis O'Flynn reported that Netfirms.com charges $5.00 per month, which includes four e-mail accounts. Registered name and Internet domain for www.cobblestoneridge.org is $30.00 per year. Motion was made to keep the web site. Cheri Hansen motioned and Mark Baron seconded. Approved.

Door-to-door voting
Determine what percentage of association dues from the new sub being built by Livonia Builders will be going to CRHA towards snow removal, etc. Will also need to decide on a liaison between the two subs once it is complete.
Tim O’Brien to have all information for audit by the next meeting.
Next meeting to be hosted by Kathy Swartzentrover, 1804 Hendrie on April 6th – 7pm
